What we design for
How the public pages are built
- Each page has one level-1 heading, and the headings under it follow in order.
- The logo and icons that carry meaning have a text alternative.
- Status is not explained by color alone, and text contrast is set so it can be read.
- Menus, expandable capability areas, and the contact form work from the keyboard.
- Keyboard focus is visible, and a skip link moves past the header.
- Links name their destination, and a notice is included when a link opens a new tab.
- Ordering resources are published in HTML, so the same information can be printed or saved without a PDF.
