Information you submit

What the support form collects

If you use the Request SEWP Support form, we collect the details you enter: name, agency or organization, email, phone, request type, SEWP reference number, selected technical areas, requirement summary, desired response date, and an optional attachment. We use that information to respond to the request. We do not sell it.

Do not submit classified information through this form.

How submissions are handled

Where a request goes

Submissions are stored in the website administration area and emailed to the SEWP team. Attachments are stored in a folder that is not published on the website and are included with that email.

Cookies and site operations

What the site stores on its own

The site may set cookies needed to run WordPress, remember a session in the administration area, and protect the contact form. The public pages do not require an account.
